How we started

Established in 2016, Fright Logistics began with just two aging vans and a strong drive to succeed. From the start, our focus has been on earning and retaining customers by delivering reliable, professional service and exceptional value. Thanks to consistent growth, we now employ more than 100 staff members and generate an annual turnover exceeding $10 million. Our founding directors and shareholders remain actively involved in daily operations. Chairman Nick Cusworth, Managing Director Daniel Franey, and General Manager Aaron Cullumbine are based at our California head office, while Ian Crossley oversees operations from our Bradford office.

Like any business, we’ve worked hard to build the trust of our clients. Some rely on us daily, others weekly, and some only occasionally — but each is equally important to us.

Looking ahead, our vision is to expand our customer base while staying true to our promise of providing personalized service and living up to our “on time, every time” commitment to collection and delivery.

How did it go..

At Fright Logistics, we take pride in knowing that no matter what you need to move or store — big or small — we can make it happen. We call ourselves the complete logistics solution because we truly believe we are. Here’s why:

Our Core Services

APC Overnight
As shareholders in the UK’s largest independent delivery network, we’re part of a group of driven entrepreneurs all striving to deliver the best possible service.

Pallet Track
We’re also shareholders in Pallet Track, a network that continues to grow year after year, ensuring reliable pallet distribution nationwide.

Storage
Our brand-new dedicated storage facility expands our total capacity to over 65,000 sq. ft. — enough space for 6,500 pallets. Fully barcode-driven, it ensures secure, accurate, and efficient stock management.

International
We provide express delivery services across Europe and beyond, helping your business reach customers worldwide.

Same Day
Our same-day delivery service — where Fright Logistics first began — remains at the heart of our business. With full tracking, electronic task assignment, and instant PODs, we make sure your urgent deliveries arrive fast and reliably.

At Fright Logistics, we believe that a truly customer-focused operation depends on the full involvement of our people. That’s why we maintain an open-door policy, encouraging employees to share new ideas directly with directors and management. We’re proud of the supportive culture we’ve built, where guidance and teamwork help everyone thrive.

We also invest in our people by funding ongoing training and development. This not only supports career progression but also drives efficiency, boosts job satisfaction, and enhances the level of service we deliver to our customers.

In line with our responsibility to both our employees and the planet, we are working towards ISO 14001 accreditation. This international standard helps us monitor, manage, and minimize our environmental impact, ensuring we operate more sustainably wherever possible.
